Sets up manufacturing plant for plastic products using injection moulding technology...
At Al Bayader, we aspire to provide our customers with optimum quality products combining hygiene, practicality and aesthetics, while ensuring timely supply. With this end in view, in 2006 we established a manufacturing unit for Injection-Moulded Plastic Products like “Crystal” Trays, Boxes, Microwavable Containers, and Injected Plastic Clear Cups for in-flight use. At the moment, the plant has a production capacity of 2,000 tons a year with the potential for further expansion.
Currently establishing an Industrial Center at Qatar...
Following the establishment of our factory in Sharjah - UAE, we are now involved in setting up an Industrial Center at Qatar extending over an area of 10,729 square metres, within the framework of a well studied and carefully drawn up structured expansion plan. This new center at Doha is our latest venture, and is in addition to our ongoing Jebel Ali Project. Other projects, scheduled to be realized within stipulated timeframes, are in the pipeline as well…
Emergence of Al Bayader Regional Set-up at Jebel Ali...
Our rapidly emerging new set-up in Jebel Ali will be the industrial hub of Al Bayader International - U.A.E. Extending over a surface area of 23,000 square metres and scheduled to be operational in the last quarter of 2007, our industrial activity here will be supported by an extensive distribution network and a well structured logistics system, ensuring maximum productivity and efficiency.

...rewinding unit set in motion
After establishing an Industrial Unit for the production of Injection-moulded Plastic Products, Al Bayader proceeded to set up a Rewinding facility in UAE for converting Aluminum Foil Rolls, Cling Film Rolls, PE Stretch Rolls & Baking Paper Rolls.
This high-tech factory is fitted out with brand new models of both automatic and semi-automatic high-speed machines imported from Europe, ensuring optimum production results.
Our rewinders, thanks to the design and advanced technology, secures the highest output. They are very versatile and offer many special features including a perforation unit and a glue-less labeling unit. Another advantage worth mentioning is their flexibility to adapt to new product specifications based on market requirements.
