1990 – Birth of Al Bayader…
The beginning of an adventure! Al Bayader was set up in Dubai in 1990, under the name of Al Bayader Kitchen Equipment L.L.C. Our specialty – Foodstuff Packaging and other Food-Service Disposables.
1992 – Al Bayader Launches its first Catalogue, participates
in its first Trade Show
From the outset, our objective has been to direct the company into a quality-oriented structure focusing on customer service, and to project the right company image.
1994 – Creation of the Al Bayader Logo
After a few years of finding our feet, our logo in eloquent colors and shapes took form; Al Bayader had discovered its “palette of colors”!
1996 – Birth of “Fun”
From the beginning of this concept, Al Bayader hit the ground running and was soon heralded as a leading player in its field.
As a company in the spotlight, we felt our supermarket products had to be more consumer friendly and decided to promote this range under a name totally in keeping with the message it carries – that of optimism enjoyment and celebration – in one word “Fun”!
“Fun” was now all set to compete with leading market brands.

1998 – Al Bayader Relocates
During this year, the company moved to its custom-built Head Office in Sharjah with its state-of-the-art warehouse and extensive showroom. With this vast 8000 square metre facility, we entered a new phase in the company’s development.
1999 – Al Bayader Renamed
Al Bayader Kitchen Equipment L.L.C. became Al Bayader International L.L.C. as the first step towards paving the way to internationalization. With this move, we were geared up for our expansion beyond the U.A.E.
2002 – A Turning Point
Al Bayader expands locally
Branches were established in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Ras Al Khaimah.
Built-up area of Sharjah Head-Office doubled
3 new warehouses covering an area of 4000 square metres were added to the existing ones.

- 109 new customers added
- 32% increase in Imports
- 400 new products introduced
- 167 Partners/Manufacturers by end of 2002
- Imports from 26 countries
- Staff strength crossed 100
2003 – One More Branch Added
Al Bayader set up a new branch at Fujairah, increasing the efficiency of our network.
2004 – Al Bayader Goes International
Our first branch outside the U.A.E. was set up in Doha – Qatar according to our plan of structured expansion.
2005 – Al Bayader Opens Second Regional Branch
Our second regional branch was set up in Muscat – Oman.
