This delicious cheesy zucchini gratin is perfect if you’re on a Keto or Low Carb diet!
Ingredients :
• 2 kg courgettes, diced
• 8 tbsp olive oil
• 200g Gruyère, grated
• 200g crème fraîche (cooking)
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1 tsp dried sage, crumbled
• Salt and milled pepper
Method:
Sweat the courgettes in a large saucepan over a low heat for 30 minutes. Drain and keep to one side.
Tip the courgettes into a Fun aluminium container along with half of the grated Gruyère and the crème fraîche. Season with nutmeg, sage, salt and pepper. Mix together and flatten down. Sprinkle over the rest of the Gruyère.
Cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for 25 minutes until nicely golden on top. Fun appétit!
