Easter 2019 Recipe: Baked Lamb and Potatoes

Sitting down to a nice roast this Easter Sunday? Try this delicious roast lamb with potatoes. Served in our elegant Fun Festive gold platter, its sure to wow your guests at the table. Happy Easter! 🐣🐰


Serves: 4 people

Preparation time: 1 hour 30 minutes


  • 1 shoulder of lamb 500g potatoes
  • 1 small tin of foie gras
  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 15 parsley leaves
  • Salt and freshly milled pepper
  • 100g lamb’s lettuce
  • 6 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 bunches red currants


Place the shoulder of lamb in the centre of an oiled Fun aluminium container of preferred size and surround with layers of potatoes. Sprinkle on slices of garlic and duck fat until well covered then add salt and pepper.

Place the shoulder of lamb and its accompaniments in the oven at 200°C for 5 minutes, take it out. Cover the dish with aluminium foil before putting back in the oven for approximately 45 minutes.

Serve in a Fun festive gold platter and enjoy!
